South-African-born Andi Saitowitz calls on the public to ‘Rise and Shine’

GLIL YAM, ISRAEL – Kotarim International Publishing, Ltd. is proud to announce the release of their latest title, Rise&Shine: A personal development journal toward awakening self-discovery and inspired living, by Andi Saitowitz. The book is targeted toward people of all walks of life from business, family, or personal spheres.

Saitowitz, a South-African-born Israeli living in Ra’anana, is a certified Personal Development Life Coach and Motivational Speaker from the Adler Institute, with a background in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Communication, Research and Practice. She has now published a unique guide for personal development, which incorporates some of the most widely used life-coaching tools into a personal program for each reader. The book provides activities and writing directives alongside its lessons, in order for the reader to become an active participant in the process. Saitowitz stresses that personal development cannot happen through passivity, but rather that it takes “work” to create change.

Saitowitz, who calls herself a “proudly Jewish South African”, is currently living “her Zionist dream” in Ra’anana with her husband and three children. When she is not holding motivational seminars, workshops, or one-on-one sessions, she helps run the online charity portal MGifts.org. She also volunteers for numerous activities and causes, including the upcoming Cycle for Smiles event run by Beit Issie Shapiro, to be held on April 4 at Park Ra’anana. Always active and perpetually optimistic, Saitowitz is forever involved in – and excelling at – dozens of things at once. This contagious energy is directly translated into the pages of her book.

Rise&Shine is available at all major online bookstores, including Amazon.com, Barnes&Noble online, and BookDepository.com.
