Students from Beit Shemesh or Mateh Yehuda post Army/Sherut Leumi who will be studying for bachelors or masters degree at an accredited institute of higher learning during the coming school year, under age 30, are invited to apply for a scholarship under the Student Leadership Program of Partnership 2000 Beit Shemesh-Mateh Yehuda- Washington- South Africa.
