Gush Etzion Regional Committee

Telfed is proud to announce the founding of its 18th regional committee: Gush Etzion. The Chairperson is Yoana Yehuda who made Aliyah 7 years ago from Johannesburg to Efrat. At the opening meeting, held at Yoanna's home, the Klita functions of a Telfed regional committee were discussed together with Dorron Kline (Director of Project Development) and Barry Kornel (Chairman Klita Committee), with an emphasis on welcoming new Olim and holding social events in the Gush Etzion bloc.

"We are witnessing the prophetic return of the Children of Israel to their land." said Yoana, "The Telfed Gush Etzion Regional Committee is one more link in the chain of the events fulfilling this prophesy."

We wish the newest regional committee much good luck and success in encouraging Southern African Aliyah to Gush Etzion and holding social and cultural events for the over 80 South African families living in the Gush.
