Telfed Netanya's morning Tea and Coffee

Telfed Netanya was privileged to host Rabbi Moshe Silberhaft, the South African Country Communities Rabbi as well as the CEO and spiritual leader of the African Jewish Congress, at a Tea and Coffee morning on Wednesday 3rd January 2018 at Sequella Restaurant in Netanya.

A well-attended gathering listened avidly to Rabbi Silberhaft’s tales of the different Jewish communities in Africa. Afterwards questions were asked by those present about the state of their communities in their ex-home towns in South Africa from Prieska to Port Elizabeth and Springs to The Strand.

Each person introduced themselves and explained where they came from. Several new families were welcomed and afterwards people lingered to talk and catch up with their news.
