Experienced (Part time) Administrator - Scholarship Department

Seeking a motivated, team-oriented, experienced administrator for Telfed's Scholarship Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administration of all departmental affairs, answerable to the head of the department.
- Correspondence, creating presentations and articles
- Reports and statistics
- Coordinate departmental projects
Set meetings, record & transcribe minutes

QUALITIES AND SKILLS SOUGHT:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent working knowledge of excel and Windows programmes.
- Extremely accurate and detail oriented, completing all work to the highest professional standard.
- Team-oriented approach while being initiative and resourcefulness.
- Native level English with excellent written communication skills.
- Good Hebrew.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple tasks and organise complex ongoing projects.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and implement them with minimal supervision.
